  16. Use 1 tbsp of kasuri methi.
  17. Provide 1 tbsp of garam masala.
  18. Take 3-4 tbsp of fresh cream.
  19. Get 3 tbsp of ghee.
  20. Use 1 tbsp of butter.

Steps to make Dal makhani:

  1. First soak both black udad dal and rajma for 6-7 hrs.
  2. Then pressure cook for 5-6 whistle now take a pan add ghee and add cumin seeds then asfoiteda.
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste saute them well.add onion again saute them till they become brown in color now add tomato puree then add all the spices saute all the masal and puree for 10 min. Then add kasuri methi and garam masala.
  4. Now add boiled dal and some water boil the dal for 10 min. On slow flame.
  5. On top we will add garlic tadka so take a pan add butter and chopped garlic then add it to dal makhani and add fresh cream also on top.
